Playtime From Tots Bots Is Here!

I am super excited about the release of the Playtime Prints from Tots Bots! Today I’m sharing with you three of the new prints; Kaleidoscope, Parumpapum and Rattle & Roll in Easyfit Star. If you follow my Instagram page you will know only too well my love for cloth nappies and especially all the gorgeous prints. In the last few years nappies have not only improved in functionality dramatically but become a really fashion item. Practical and beautiful, what more could you want for your baby’s bum?! I love all the Tots Bots prints from over the years, but the new Playtime collection brings something totally different. I have to say, they have surpassed themselves and they might be my favourite yet. Their fun and funky themes of play have a really retro feel which is right up my street and gives a real sense of nostalgia. They really are prints that you have to see in real life because they are just so gorgeous. Want to know more about what I think of the Easy …

They believe in the principles of reducing carbon footprints, so you notice their packaging is simple yet stylish and recycled too. They are committed to sustainability and for every 1000 nappies sold a native UK tree is planted. These principles fit nicely with our mission to becoming a more environmentally friendly household. Tots Bots EasyFit Star: Elements 2016

The Tots Bots Easyfit Star nappy is the latest 2016 version of the incredibly popular easyfit nappy. Previously, we’ve seen V1-4 with various changes and adaptations along the way. I’m going to talk a bit about the features and benefits and also introduce you (if you missed them) to the awesome new prints; Soar, Bumbrella and Dazzle. If you follow my Instagram I make no secret of my love for Tots Bots. They are based in Scotland and their nappies are produced ethically within the UK. They are well known for their beautiful prints and I have collected quite a few (okay, nearly all of them) along the way. However, the first time I got the new ‘Star’ nappy I was in fluffy love. This version is so very different to all the others in design, feel, comfort and efficacy. Not surprisingly, its an award winner, and recently won ‘Gold’ in the Mother & Baby Awards in the ‘best reusable nappy’ category (again). So what’s so good about it?  It’s simple for starters. A nice easy all in one, perfect …

Ten Reasons Why I Use Cloth Nappies

There are heaps of reasons why people choose reusable nappies, but I’m going to tell you a little bit about my own personal reasons. If you asked me four years ago why I chose cloth, my answers would be very different to now. I initially got interested purely for the two top reasons; saving money and saving the planet, but four years is a long time, especially for the fickle minded like me! First time around with Arthur (who is long out of nappies!) me and my hubby were at the baby show and we stumbled across the Tots Bots stand, who were offering great prices on bundles of factory seconds. I hadn’t even considered cloth before that day. We didn’t know anyone that used cloth so it was completely new to us. We immediately fell in love with the idea and the gorgeous prints from Tots Bots had us sold. A combination of being new parents, lack of support and poor wash routine (who knew about the cardinal sin of fabric conditioner?) was a combination …
